Herse are answers to some questions that came up after our call introducing the lead program.

How can I adjust the geographic radius for the leads sent to me?

Leads are currently assigned within a 95-mile radius of your location’s zip/postal code. To reduce the radius, please reach out to your Field Specialist for assistance.
How are these leads generated?

Leads are generated through various actions on our website, including filling out forms like Connect with a Contractor, requesting a Style Guide, completing a deck design within our Deck Designer, and ordering samples.
What criteria are used to distribute leads in a given location?

All Certified Pros who meet the geographic qualifications will have the opportunity to receive leads. These will be distributed evenly, rotating among Certified Pros to ensure fair access, so leads won’t always go to the same contractor.
How can I update the email or phone number where leads are sent?

To update your contact information, email Stephanie Formsma. Please include your name, company name, the email address, and phone number (if you wish to receive leads via text) that you’d like updated. 
How do I opt-in to receive emails but not text messages?

All Certified Pros are automatically enrolled to receive leads via the email address where this message was sent. You will only receive leads through SMS text if you opt-in through this form.
